 GTT Announces Partnership Expansion in the Southeast with Transportation Control Systems

 St. Paul, MN —December 2014 —Global Traffic Technologies (GTT), a solutions provider to the transit and traffic industry, announces the expansion of its partnership with Tampa, Florida-based Transportation Control Systems (TCS). Effective March 2, 2015, TCS will be the dealer for GTT’s Opticom™ Priority Control Solutions and Canoga™ Traffic Sensing Solutions throughout the southeastern United States.

TCS is a recognized leader in the manufacturing and distribution of high quality, technologically advanced traffic control products and has been the GTT dealer in southern Florida since 2007. With this development, TCS’s territory will now include all of Florida, as well as Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. “GTT’s transit, traffic, and emergency response solutions are critical components to our existing product lines and markets,” says TCS President Steven Gillis. “We look forward to helping GTT expand their market base in the Southeast.”

A family-owned business, TCS has more than 35 years of experience in the traffic control industry.
